1. Acceptance of terms

Welcome to Pho Go Tarot. By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing Credits, or using our Tarot and numerology features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using Pho Go Tarot.

2. Registration and account security

• Some features, including reading history, Credit purchases, and service upgrades, require a member account or a supported linked sign-in method.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You must protect your credentials and may not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account.
• Notify us promptly if you notice unauthorized access. Pho Go Tarot is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

3. Intellectual property and copyright

Website resources are owned by Pho Go Tarot or used under valid permission from third parties.

• Design and content: This includes the interface, source code, AI prompt structures, artwork, Tarot images, interpretation databases, numerology algorithms, and original blog content.
• Limited license: You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the online service.
• No copying: You may not reproduce, extract, reverse engineer, publicly display, distribute, or commercialize protected material without written permission.

4. Service rules and anti-scraping

To protect service integrity and infrastructure, users must follow these restrictions:

• No scraping: Do not use robots, crawlers, scrapers, data-mining tools, or automated software to collect content, card meanings, or blog data.
• No disruption: Do not perform denial-of-service attacks, inject malicious code, spread malware, exhaust resources, or exploit security vulnerabilities.
• No Credit fraud: Do not use external tools, proxy rotation, mass IP changes, or software defects to obtain unauthorized Credits.

5. AI chat and content standards

When entering questions in AI Reader or other interactive areas, you agree to follow these standards:

• Respectful language: Do not submit hateful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, or privacy-violating content.
• Legal use: Do not use the service to promote unlawful conduct, violence, or content prohibited by applicable Vietnamese law.
• Moderation: We may automatically or manually block content, refuse AI responses, and suspend accounts that violate these standards.

6. Credits and system errors

• Credit purchases, package values, and refund rules are governed by the Payment and Refund Policy.
• System corrections: If a technical or database error creates an incorrect Credit balance, Pho Go Tarot may restore the account to its correct balance without financial compensation.

7. Termination of service access

• We may suspend or terminate access without notice when an account violates these terms, subject to applicable law.
• You may stop using the service at any time and may delete eligible reading-history data through the account interface.

8. Governing law and disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
• Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
• If no agreement is reached within thirty days, either party may submit the matter to a competent court in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
